Shipping and Returns
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. Occasionally a particular item may take longer than expected and we will email with an amended delivery date. All our products are handmade to order and so take time to make. If at any time you wish to have an update on the progress of your order please feel free to contact us using the Contact Us
form or the email address shown on your order confirmation email. We will email you when your order has been posted, the delivery times are then as follows:

(Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Bank or Public holidays)
We post our orders using Royal Mail First Class for all UK orders and Royal Mail Airmail for all international orders.
The total cost of Post and Packing for the order is displayed as 'Postage' in your Shopping Cart under the subtotal cost for the items you currently have in it. This is the total postage cost for all the items in your shopping cart.Returns Policy
If an item arrives damaged in any way please let us know immediately by email. Tell us what the problem is and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. If possible we would like a photo of the damaged item and/or packaging so we can use this in our claim on our insurance (this is not mandatory, just useful). We will refund the postage cost for you returning the damaged item to us.
If you decide you do not want the item you have purchased please email us within 7 (seven) working days and we will happily give you a full refund of the cost of your purchases (including the Post and Packing). As all our products are handmade to order we are unable to offer refunds for unwanted items once the 7 days have past and we have begun to make your product. Please contact us using the Contact Us
form if you wish to have a refund after the 7 days as we may not have begun work on your order and so in this case will be able to offer a full refund.
Royal Mail Conditions
If you are unavailable and your purchase is too large for your postbox a card will be posted detailing where your package is being held, collection will be required at the Post Office specified on the card. Identification may be required on collection. If the parcel is not collected from the Post Office within 21 days, the parcel will be returned to Ouija Magic.
Non-collection of Delivery
If you do not collect your delivery from the Post Office and it has been returned to us you will be required to pay the shipping fee again in order to have the item redelivered. In order to prevent this happening please read our email detailing the delivery date carefully. If you are unavailable on the delivery day look for a white Royal Mail delivery card telling you where your delivery is being held.
